Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • For fitness tools, items must be free of damage and include all original accessories.
  • Perishable goods such as tea are not eligible for return once opened unless defective.

2. Return Process:

  • Contact us at info@teabonna.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide return instructions and a return authorization code.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.

Refunds

1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened tea products (unless defective).
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

3. Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
