Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For fitness tools, items must be free of damage and include all original accessories.
- Perishable goods such as tea are not eligible for return once opened unless defective.
2. Return Process:

- We will provide return instructions and a return authorization code.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.
Refunds
1. Refund Eligibility:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
2. Non-Refundable Items:
- Opened tea products (unless defective).
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items.
3. Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
